Booking Deposit
A booking deposit of £100.00 per person per week or £30.00 per day is requested on confirmation of all bookings. Deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation and fees may apply. We recommend holiday insurance to be taken out.
Cancellations
The Hotel will make all reasonable efforts to re-let cancelled accommodation, but guests are respectfully reminded that, Visit Britain Guidelines, the Hotel is entitled to make a charge of two thirds of the total cost of the holiday less VAT, including your deposit, if the accommodation cannot be re-let. We strongly advise you to cover unavoidable cancellation by taking out independent holiday cancellation insurance.
Payment of Accounts
Personal cheque - please pay five days before arrival.
Payment by cash, payment by credit card or 'Building Society cheque" - please pay on the evening before departure.
Credit cards; Visa or Mastercard (Access).
Payment cards; Switch, Visa Connect, Delta.
Extras
Evening Dinner for Residents booked for Breakfast Only, £20.00
Evening Dinner for Non Residents and Residents Guests, £28.00
Please inform Reception no later than 4.30pm if you wish to book an evening meal.
Meal Times
Breakfast: Dining Room opens 8.00 am, last orders 9.30 am.
Dinner: Dining Room opens 7.00 pm, last orders 8.00 pm.
Packed Lunches: Please order the previous morning at Reception.
We regret that no reductions can be made for meals not taken or late arrivals and early departures.
Rooms
Rooms will not be made available until 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Prior notice is required if arrival time is after 10.00pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate your rooms by 10.00 am.
Please bring your own towels for swimming pool and beach use.
Pool Opening Times
1st May - 30th September 9.30am - 6.30pm
Smoking
We no longer allow smoking within the hotel, including bedrooms, bar and lounges, please smoke outside.
Pets
We regret we do not take pets, but do accept Guide Dogs by prior arrangement.
Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which the hotel could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or neclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, virus and all similar events outside our control.
